Warranty Terms and Conditions
We hereby warrant that the product you have purchased is free from manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase/delivery under the following terms and conditions
1. This warranty is valid in Singapore only.
2. E-warranty registration must be submitted/ registered within 14 days from the date of purchase/delivery.
3. Under this warranty, the company’s obligation is to provide repair or the replacement of faulty parts for the safe to be in good working condition again.
4. While the repair is free, a transportation charge of S$50.00 will be levied for all requests for service within the warranty period. Customers shall agree to abide by this condition for the warranty to be effected.
5. Customer must produce the e-warranty card and original invoice/receipt as proof of purchase. In the event of non-presentation, repair charges & spare parts cost will be applicable.
6. This warranty applies to original purchaser only and is not transferable.
7. This warranty is void under the following conditions:
(a) The Product is damaged in transit or mishandling.
(b) The product is not used according to instructions given in the instruction manual.
(c) Normal wear and tear are excluded, including paint worn off, rust and corrosion.
(d) The Product is altered, modified or repaired by unauthorized party.
(e) Product in which the model or serial number has been removed, altered or obliterated.
(f) Does not apply through events by act of God, such as floods, fire and civil unrest.
8. After the repair, the warranty will continue to be valid, only for the remaining unexpired period of the warranty.
9. Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential loss/damage arising from the use of this product.
